The Leadership Academy is offered two times per year - spring and fall. We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for our Fall session.Â
Our Leadership Academy is for those seeking to be better leaders themselves or to grow their team members to stronger leaders. This course fosters innovative thinking and creative problem-solving. Furthermore, the Academy promotes greater freedom in the selection of themes, and embraces individual differences and perspectives of the participants. A unique characteristic of this Leadership Academy is in its ability to challenge the status quo and inspire participants to make significant contributions as leaders.Â
We know the pace of business along with ever-changing conditions are placing increased demand for effective leaders who can support the development of others, build and empower high-performing teams, and execute on key initiatives in a consistent manner. The leadership Academy is dedicated to supporting and advancing the effectiveness of those identified in leadership roles as well as those on the leadership fast track. It utilizes self-assessment and personalized reflection to raise awareness, and blends relevant, fresh content, case studies, leadership modeling, peer networking, executive coaching, and leadership expertise to support personal and professional development.Â
Enrollment in the Leadership Academy is for eight sessions: September 10, September 24, October 8, October 22, November 5, November 19, December 3, December 17.
